On June 7, 2022, members of the founding team of Westlake Genetech published a paper titled "An in-library ligation strategy and its application in CRISPR/Cas9 screening of high-order gRNA combinations" online in Nucleic Acids Research.Based on CRISPR gene editing technology, this study developed a technique that can pair and ligate tens of thousands of different nucleic acid sequences in a single reaction according to pre-set programs, achieving high-throughput screening of multi-gene combinations.
