On May 16, 2023, Lijia Ma(the Founder of Westlake Genetech and researcher at the School of Life Sciences, Westlake University), along with team members, published a research paper in Cell Discovery titled "Deep Sampling of gRNA in the Human Genome and Deep-Learning-Informed Prediction of gRNA Activities". The paper introduces a deep-learning model developed by the team based on a new strategy, which can effectively predict multiple facets of gRNA capacity.
